10 drivers — a small local firm
Starter at £11 per active driver: £110 a month, or £1,320 across year one — comfortably clear of the £79 monthly minimum, so the per-driver rate is what you actually pay. That covers the dispatch console, your own branded passenger app plus the TaxiDex driver app on both app stores, the web booker, card payments, the fare engine, loyalty and promo codes.
25 drivers — a fleet outgrowing the phones
Professional at £9 per active driver: £225 a month, £2,700 across year one. Professional adds B2B corporate accounts and invoicing, the hotel concierge booker, IVR-to-app conversion, dead-mileage analytics and the open API.
Worth noticing what happened between the two examples: 2.5× the drivers for roughly 2× the cost, because the per-driver rate steps down as you cross into the next tier. The rate falls as you grow rather than rising.
100 drivers — a serious operation
100 drivers is where Professional tops out: at £9 per active driver that is £900 a month, £10,800 across year one. Immediately above it Enterprise begins — from £7 per active driver, quoted per fleet, adding flight tracking, VIP chauffeur rules, multi-tenant franchise support, SSO and a custom SLA. Because the Enterprise rate is lower, anyone near this size should talk to us before signing up on list rates: that conversation is worth having at 90 drivers, not 130.
Where the setup fee lands
Separate from the monthly rate there is a one-time setup, covering App Store and Google Play submission under your brand, splash screens and colour theming, configuration of your zones, vehicle classes and fares, team training, and data migration from Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic or spreadsheets. It is scoped to your fleet and quoted up front on your demo call — a fixed figure you see before you commit, and a fraction of the £1,200–£15,000 onboarding commonly quoted in this market.
