What the platform does
The cloud console gives dispatchers a live operations map with driver markers, status halos, and an SOS panic panel, an auto-dispatch rules engine, and a drag-and-drop dispatch board. Bookings flow in from an embeddable web booker, recurring schedules, bulk imports, flight-aware airport pickups, and a customer self-service portal. The enterprise fare engine resolves zones drawn on a live map, zone-to-zone pricing, surge and surcharge rules, per-region tax, and promo codes — all computed on the backend and fully auditable. The finance suite covers commission plans, driver settlements, Stripe Connect payouts, AR invoices, corporate billing, and P&L, with card payments through Stripe and Square including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
