Apply & qualify

Submit your application: target region, channel partners, sales experience, existing customer base. We approve based on territory fit.

We look for partners who already know the ground — local taxi associations, fleet operators, transport authorities, or hospitality and corporate-travel networks in your market. Tell us the territory you want and how you reach buyers, and we map it against open regions before we ever sign.

Sign agreement

Reseller agreement with exclusive (or non-exclusive) regional rights. Pricing tiers, margins, and territory boundaries locked.

The agreement fixes your wholesale pricing, your margin band (up to 35%), and the territory boundaries you operate inside. Exclusive rights are available where the opportunity justifies it — so you can invest in a market knowing the lead won't be handed to someone else.

4-week training program: sales playbook, technical demos, implementation hand-off. You get a reseller portal with leads, deal-reg, and tools.

The heart of every customer’s operation is the live dispatch console — a real-time map of driver markers and status halos, an SOS panic panel, and an auto-dispatch rules engine that offers, escalates, and reassigns jobs automatically. Controllers drag jobs between drivers on the dispatch board and pre-assign VIP pre-bookings by hand.

Because the platform is multi-tenant, each operator you sell to gets an isolated, white-labelled tenant on your domain. You run demos and implementations from the same screens your customers use day to day, so there’s nothing fictional to explain.

Reseller Program questions, answered

What margin can resellers earn?

Resellers earn up to 35%. Your exact margin band is fixed in the reseller agreement alongside your wholesale pricing tiers and territory boundaries, so you know your economics before you sell a single account.

Do I sell under the TaxiDex name or my own?

Your own. The platform is fully white-label: a custom domain for the operator console, your logo and colours across the web app, and your branding on the passenger and driver apps. You own the customer relationship and the brand; we provide the platform underneath.

How long does the reseller onboarding take?

Plan for a 90-day onboarding, which includes a 4-week certification program covering the sales playbook, technical demos of the dispatch console and fare engine, and the implementation hand-off process. After that, a typical end-customer fleet goes live in 14 days.

Are territories exclusive?

They can be. The reseller agreement supports both exclusive and non-exclusive regional rights. Where the opportunity justifies the investment, we grant exclusive territory so you can build a market without the lead being handed to another partner.

Who handles support and product development?

You own front-line customer relationships; TaxiDex handles tier-2 and tier-3 technical support and ships every product release. We also co-market in your region, so your team can focus on selling and implementing rather than maintaining a roadmap.
