The things prospective partners most often ask before they apply to join.

Which partner tier is right for me?

If you simply want to send us qualified leads, start with the Referral tier — there is no commitment and you earn a 10% fee on first-year revenue. If you run delivery projects and want to own onboarding, training, and migration, the Implementation tier gives you a 20% platform margin plus your own implementation fee. The Strategic tier is for payment, mapping, and large network partners who want a custom revenue share and a deeper product integration.

How does the referral fee work?

Register a lead in the partner portal before it reaches our sales team. If the deal signs, you earn 10% of the first-year platform revenue from that account. There is no minimum commitment, no quota, and you can refer as many leads as you like.

What does the implementation certification involve?

Implementation partners complete a structured 4-week technical certification covering the dispatch console, the enterprise fare engine (zones, surge, surcharge and per-region tax rules), the finance suite, and the white-label passenger and driver apps. Certified partners get sandbox access for development, a partner badge, and a listing on the TaxiDex website.

Do you pass leads to partners?

Yes. Implementation partners receive inbound leads from the TaxiDex sales team, and fleet operators are connected to the right partner based on what they need — payments, flight data, maps, telephony, accounting, or local onboarding. Strategic partners co-sell with us under a joint go-to-market plan.
