A job you give to a driver is offered to them first. It stays in Unassigned until they accept, moves to Assigned when they have it, and to Active once they are on the way.

A tariff set is a whole price card with its own currency, prices, time bands and extras. Hours no band covers are priced at your standing prices, the Every other hour column in step 3.

Plans are priced per active driver, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one: Free, Starter ($14 a driver a month), Professional ($11) and Enterprise (from $9), with 20% off when you pay yearly. The usage strip shows which limit you are closest to. The Account menu also holds Customers, Vouchers, Wallet and the Passenger blacklist.

8.3 IVR, Reception tool and Rebranding apps

IVR lets callers book by pressing keys on their phone. TaxiDex does not provide the phone line: you connect a number from your own Twilio account, and calls are refused until the Twilio account is connected under Integrations.

Reception tool is a cut-down booking screen for a hotel or venue front desk. Staff sign in against a business account and book for guests without seeing the rest of your operation. Switch it on and choose which business accounts may use it.

Rebranding apps opens Your brand & logo: the logo, colours, sender e-mail, support contact and custom domain used on e-mails, receipts and reports. The booking page has its own logo and colour, set under Online booking.
