Release spotlight
The April major release reset the foundations: a keyboard-first dispatch console, AI auto-dispatch that learns from your floor, white-label rebranding, 22 languages, and an active-active multi-region platform.
The console was rebuilt around the way real dispatchers work: hands on the keyboard, eyes on the map. v6.4 added 12 more hot-keys for power users, and v6.1 brought multi-monitor layout support so a busy operator can spread the live map, dispatch board, and bookings list across screens.
Jobs drag between drivers on the dispatch board, can be pre-assigned to a specific chauffeur, and surface SOS panic alerts from the operations map — all priced and tracked by the same backend that runs your apps and phone lines.
v6.0 replaced the rules-based dispatcher with a 12-signal machine-learning model that weighs proximity, driver acceptance history, traffic, and demand to assign the right car. v6.1 layered on a dead-mileage analytics dashboard with AI proximity dispatch recommendations, and v6.2 lifted predictive ETA accuracy from 91% to 94%.
The same AI layer powers demand forecasting and fraud detection across the platform — the rules engine is still there underneath for the constraints you want to enforce by hand.
v6.1 expanded flight tracking to 4,300+ airports via an IATA feed, and v6.4 squashed an edge case where airport tracking didn’t refresh past midnight UTC. Pickups now re-time themselves on delays and early landings, and drivers are re-dispatched automatically — no curbside waiting time, no no-show disputes.
v6.2 added a hotel concierge web booker with kiosk mode and an IVR-to-app conversion engine that sends a post-call SMS deep-link, turning phone callers into app bookings.
v5.9 brought M-Pesa for Kenya and Paystack & Flutterwave for Nigeria, and v6.3 extended driver instant payout to 8 more countries. These sit alongside Stripe Connect settlements, commission plans, and the rest of the finance suite — card payments via Stripe and Square, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
v5.7 launched Open API v1 with full REST and webhooks plus SSO for Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace, and pushed audit-log retention to 365 days for compliance teams.
