Slide deck. Generic walkthrough. 45 minutes of feature theater.
Most B2B SaaS demos burn time on pitch decks and generic feature lists. By the time you see the actual product, you’re past lunch.

What we'll cover
Four tight segments, no filler. You bring the questions about your operation; we bring the live platform and a calculator.
Your fleet today, where the pain is. We map your current setup — fleet size, how you dispatch now, which jobs you lose and why — so the rest of the call is about your operation, not a generic one.
Live walk-through — dispatch console, driver app, passenger app, payments. No video, no screenshots: we log into the actual product and dispatch a real ride from booking to completed trip.
Pricing for your fleet size & trip volume. Per-driver plans with no trip overage — we put a real monthly number on the screen for your volume, including overage math, so you leave with a quote.
Sandbox / migration plan & next steps. If it looks right, we agree what happens after the call: a sandbox configured with your fleet structure and a written migration plan to go live in 14 days.
No video, no mockups
The walkthrough runs on the production console — the same multi-tenant platform your dispatchers would log into. Two of the screens we always show:

Minutes 5–20
We create a booking, watch the auto-dispatch rules engine assign it, accept it in the driver app, and follow the trip on the live operations map — driver markers, status halos, and the SOS panic flow your dispatchers hope they never need. You’ll see the drag-and-drop dispatch board for the jobs automation shouldn’t touch, and the passenger experience end to end: white-label app booking, the public track-my-ride link, and the receipt.
Run airport work? Ask to see flight tracking — flight-aware pickups that shift automatically when a plane is delayed. Run zones with tricky pricing? We’ll draw a zone on the live map and attach zone-to-zone fares, surge rules, and per-region tax in front of you, all computed on the backend and fully auditable.

Minutes 20–25
Software demos love to skip the money. We don’t. You’ll see card payments through Stripe and Square — including Apple Pay and Google Pay — commission plans, driver settlements and payouts via Stripe Connect, corporate billing with AR invoices, and the P&L view that tells you whether last week actually made money.
Then we quote. TaxiDex pricing is per active driver with no trip overage, so the quote is simple arithmetic on your fleet size: Starter at £11 per driver a month (1–20 drivers), Professional at £9 (21–100), Enterprise from £7 (100+) — with a £79 monthly minimum and a one-time setup. You leave the call with a number, not a “we’ll follow up.”

What we won't do
Most B2B SaaS demos burn time on pitch decks and generic feature lists. By the time you see the actual product, you’re past lunch.
We log in to a sandbox with your fleet structure (zones, vehicle classes, fares). We dispatch a real ride. We quote pricing. You leave with a number.
Before you book
The five questions that come up on almost every call — answered now, so we can spend your 30 minutes on your operation.
Typical fleets go live in 14 days. We migrate driver data, historical bookings, and customer accounts from Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic, or any legacy system with zero downtime.
Yes. TaxiDex Enterprise includes flight tracking, hotel concierge web booker, B2B corporate invoicing, and VIP workflows specifically designed for premium chauffeur and corporate transport operations.
Stripe (default global), Worldpay (UK), Trust Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus regional gateways: STC Pay & mada (Saudi), Paystack & Flutterwave (Nigeria), M-Pesa (Kenya), and any custom merchant on request.
No trip overage. TaxiDex is priced per active driver — about £11 ($14) per driver a month on Starter, £9 ($11) on Professional, and from £7 ($9) on Enterprise. That is at least 20% cheaper than Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic and TaxiCaller, and white-label apps, setup and migration are all included.
Yes. The TaxiDex Web Booker is an embeddable booking widget for desktop and mobile browsers — perfect for hotel concierge desks, airports, and corporate intranets. One HTML snippet to embed.
