For operators with hotel partners
Taxi bookings your hotel partners place themselves
A branded booking page for every front desk, each ride on the hotel's account with a room number or reference attached, airport pickups that follow the flight, and one invoice per hotel at month end. No phone queue, no manual receipts, no commission per ride.
The short answer
How a hotel books a guest ride on TaxiDex
The desk opens your booking page and enters the ride— pickup, drop-off, time, guest name and a reference such as the room number. The job lands in your dispatch console, is offered to a driver, and the guest gets a tracking link. The ride settles to the hotel’s account, and at the end of the month you run one invoice for every ride that hotel booked, each line carrying its reference.
That is the whole workflow. There is no separate hotel system to buy: it is your dispatch software, your drivers and your prices, with the hotel given a door into it.
Capabilities
What the hotel sees, and what you see
A booking page for each hotel
Your web booker, in your brand, embedded on your own site or opened from a link the desk bookmarks. Reception books a guest ride in under a minute — pickup, drop-off, time, passenger name — without phoning the office.
On account, with approval if you want it
Each hotel is a corporate account on your system. Its bookings settle to the account rather than to a card at the kerb, and you can require approval before an account booking is dispatched.
A reference on every job
The desk adds a room number, booking reference or cost code to each ride. It travels with the job and prints on the invoice line, so the hotel can reconcile without a single manual receipt.
Airport pickups that follow the flight
Add the flight number to an arriving guest's booking and the pickup moves with the aircraft, so a delay does not strand a guest or waste a driver's hour at the terminal.
Guest updates without an app
Guests get a tracking link and a receipt by e-mail or text. Nobody has to install anything to see the car coming or keep the record of the ride.
One invoice per hotel, per month
Run the month's invoices from the corporate billing screen: every ride, every reference, the tax lines your tax rules define, as PDF and CSV. The desk gets one document, your accounts team gets one export.

Month end
One invoice per hotel, every line explained
Hotels do not dispute totals; they dispute lines they cannot place. Because every ride carries the reference the desk typed when booking, the invoice reads the way the hotel’s own ledger does: date, guest, room or reference, route, amount. Run it as a PDF for the hotel and a CSV for your accountant, from the same screen.
Tax lines follow the tax rules you set for your market, and the invoice run can be repeated for any period if a hotel asks for a mid-month statement.
Arrivals
Airport pickups that wait for the plane, not the clock
A guest’s arrival is the ride most likely to go wrong and the one the hotel will hear about at check-in. Put the flight number on the booking and the pickup is tied to the flight: an early landing brings the driver forward, a delay holds the dispatch, and the meet-and-greet note travels with the job.
For the return leg, the desk books the departure transfer the same way, and the guest’s receipt arrives before they board.
Setting it up
From a conversation at the desk to the first booking
The web booker, the corporate accounts and the invoicing are included on every TaxiDex plan. Pricing is per active driver per month, with no per-booking fee — see pricing.
FAQ
Hotel partners and front desks ask
Can a hotel front desk book a taxi for a guest without calling us?
Yes. The hotel gets a booking page — your branded web booker, embedded on your site or opened from a bookmarked link — and books the ride itself: pickup, drop-off, time, passenger name and a reference such as the room number. The job lands in your dispatch console and is offered to a driver like any other booking.
How does the hotel get invoiced?
Each hotel is set up as a corporate account. Its rides settle to the account instead of a card at the kerb, and at month end you run the invoice from the corporate billing screen: every ride with its reference, totals with the tax lines your tax rules define, as a PDF for the hotel and a CSV for your accounts. One document per hotel, per month.
Can the desk add a room number or booking reference to each ride?
Yes. Every job carries a reference field. The desk fills it in when booking, dispatchers can edit it, and it prints on the invoice line — which is what removes the manual-receipt step for the hotel.
Does it handle airport pickups for arriving guests?
Add the flight number to the booking and the pickup is tied to the flight rather than the clock: an early or delayed landing moves the pickup window, and the driver is dispatched against the actual arrival. Meet-and-greet notes travel with the job.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests receive a tracking link to watch the car approach and a receipt by e-mail or text once the ride is done. A white-label passenger app is included if a hotel wants to offer one, but nothing depends on it.
Can several hotels and venues book from one taxi company?
Yes. Each hotel, venue or office is its own corporate account with its own people, references, approval rule and monthly invoice. Your dispatchers see them all in one console; each partner sees only its own bookings.
Is there a commission on guest rides?
No. TaxiDex is billed per active driver, per month, with no per-trip fee and no share of the fare. A hotel booking costs you the same as a phone booking, however many your partners place.
