The single biggest driver of plan fit. Under 25 vehicles points to Starter; 25–200 to Professional; 200+ and franchise networks to Enterprise. If you're launching, we size for where you'll be in six months, not where you are today.

How long does it take to go live with TaxiDex?

Typical fleets go live in 14 days. We migrate driver data, historical bookings, and customer accounts from Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic, Cab Treasure, or any legacy system with zero downtime, and deploy your branded apps to the App Store and Google Play within that window.

Does TaxiDex work for limo and chauffeur fleets?

Yes. TaxiDex Enterprise includes flight tracking, hotel concierge web booker, B2B corporate invoicing, and VIP workflows specifically designed for premium chauffeur and corporate transport operations — including meet-and-greet airport pickups and dispatch rules that route the right vehicle class to the right rider.

What payment gateways are supported?

Stripe (default global) and Square, plus Worldpay (UK), Trust Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and regional gateways including STC Pay & mada (Saudi), Paystack & Flutterwave (Nigeria), and M-Pesa (Kenya) — and any custom merchant on request. Driver payouts run through Stripe Connect.

Is there a per-driver fee?

No trip overage. TaxiDex pricing is per-driver: Starter is £11 per driver a month for up to 2,500 trips, Professional is £9 per driver a month for up to 10,000 trips, and Enterprise starts from £7 per driver a month for unlimited fleet size with a custom trip allowance. Per-trip overage is as low as $0.10.

Can passengers book without installing an app?

Yes. The TaxiDex Web Booker is an embeddable booking widget for desktop and mobile browsers — perfect for hotel concierge desks, airports, and corporate intranets. It's one HTML snippet to embed, and it shares the same fares, zones and live tracking as your apps.
