What actually counts as a billable trip
On any metered model, the definition of a billable trip decides your bill as much as the rate does. Do cancellations, no-shows, driver-rejected jobs, multi-stop runs and delivery tasks each consume one from the allowance? We hold no copy of YelowSoft's definition, so get it written into the contract before you sign.
Modules, seats and support — ask, because we cannot tell you
We hold no module list, seat policy or support-tier sheet for YelowSoft, and inventing one would not help you. Ask which features sit inside your band and which are bolt-ons, whether dispatcher and admin logins are capped or licensed separately, and whether priority support carries a premium.

Take a 25-driver fleet. On TaxiDex that lands in Professional (21–100 drivers) at £9/$11 per active driver: 25 × £9 = £225, or 25 × $11 = $275 a month. Our £79/$100 minimum does not bind at that size. Setup is a one-time fee, scoped on the demo call. The YelowSoft side cannot be computed from headcount at all — it depends on monthly trips, and on the bands, overage and setup written into your own quote. Ask for it in writing.

What happens if I go over my YelowSoft trip allowance?

Is TaxiDex cheaper than YelowSoft?
It depends on your trips-per-driver ratio, and we would rather you did the arithmetic than took our word. TaxiDex bills per active driver: £11/$14 on Starter (1–20), £9/$11 on Professional (21–100), from £7/$9 on Enterprise (100+), with a £79/$100 monthly minimum and a 14-day free trial. Busy drivers make per-driver cheaper. A large casual roster doing few jobs each makes trip buckets cheaper — in that case YelowSoft is the better buy, and we would say so.
Will my apps carry my brand on either platform?
Ask both vendors precisely, because "white-label" is used loosely. On TaxiDex, your passenger app and web booker carry your brand — your name, colours and store listing. The driver app is always TaxiDex-branded; we do not white-label it, and if that is a hard requirement we are not the fit. We hold no statement of YelowSoft's exact branding scope, so ask them which surfaces carry your name and whose developer account publishes the app.
