YelowSoft is cloud SaaS, so there is no on-prem box to decommission — the work is data and apps. Get a full export of bookings, customers, drivers, vehicles, tariffs and zones before you cancel. The real friction is the passenger app: if it was published under their developer account you cannot inherit the listing, so ratings and installs reset and passengers must re-download. Can I switch without downtime?
No one can honestly promise that, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
