Module bolt-ons and affiliate trip fees
Farm-in and farm-out work is commonly quoted at roughly $0.50 to $0.75 per affiliate trip, and a shuttle module is reported at around $100 a month plus about 2.5% per ticket. These are indicative. If you run affiliate volume or shuttles, price them separately — they can outweigh the base plan.

Take a 25-driver black-car operation. On TaxiDex that lands on Professional at £9/$11 per active driver: 25 × £9 = £225 a month, or 25 × $11 = $275. The £79/$100 minimum does not bind at that size. Setup is a one-time fee scoped on the demo call. The Limo Anywhere side cannot be totalled honestly without your monthly trip count, because the bill is driven by bucket and overage, not headcount — ask for both in writing.

If I switch, how does migration actually work?
We publish a 14-day migration protocol rather than promising a go-live date. Both systems run live in parallel, you keep your existing licence active as a rollback, and cutover happens shift by shift rather than in one switch.
