How Much Does ZervX Cost?
ZervX does not publish a public rate card. Figures around $300 to $600 a month for roughly 3,000 to 8,000 rides are commonly quoted — indicative only, confirm on your own quote. The billing unit is commonly described as completed rides rather than drivers or vehicles. Two costs sit outside that headline: what happens when you cross the bucket ceiling mid-month, and which verticals or modules are licensed separately.

You buy a monthly allowance up front — commonly quoted at roughly 3,000 rides near $300 and roughly 8,000 near $600, indicative figures we cannot verify — and the bill is the same whether you fill it or not. That makes cost flat and predictable while volume is flat, and it makes growth arrive as a step rather than a slope: crossing a ceiling moves you a whole tier, not a few pounds. If that shape holds, driver count would not move the bill and trip volume would — but we hold no seat or driver-licence policy for ZervX, so ask whether extra drivers and dispatcher logins are charged.

What actually counts as a ride
The bucket is only as big as the definition of a ride. Ask in writing whether passenger cancellations, no-shows, driver-rejected jobs, rebookings and multi-stop legs decrement the allowance. We hold no answer for ZervX. If cancellations count, an operator with a high no-show rate buys a smaller usable allowance than the contract number suggests.
Crossing the ceiling
Cross the allowance and something happens — we do not know what, because no overage rate is published and we hold none. Ask whether extra rides are billed per trip, whether you are auto-upgraded to the next bucket, and whether that upgrade reverts after a quiet month or holds for the rest of the term.
Setup, apps and store publication
Setup is commonly described as bundled into the flat monthly figure — indicative only, and worth confirming line by line on your own quote. Branded passenger apps carry costs no vendor absorbs: Apple and Google developer accounts, store review, and re-publication under new bundle identifiers if you ever move. Ask whose developer account holds the listings.
Modules, verticals and seats
ZervX is marketed as a multi-vertical stack — rides alongside delivery and rentals. We hold no module price list, so treat every vertical as potentially separately licensed until the quote says otherwise. Same for dispatcher seats, API access, SMS and mapping pass-through, and any support tier above the default. Get each one priced on the quote, not described on the call.

A worked example
Take 25 drivers. On TaxiDex that is the 21–100 band: 25 × £9 = £225 a month, or 25 × $11 = $275. Well clear of the £79/$100 minimum, so the minimum does not bind here. On the ZervX side, the commonly quoted $300 entry bucket covers roughly 3,000 rides — indicative only. Across 25 drivers that is 120 rides each before the ceiling. Your own trip export decides which meter is cheaper.

How much does ZervX cost per month?
There is no published rate card, so any single number you see online is someone's inference. Does ZervX charge a setup fee?

Even where implementation is genuinely bundled, launching a branded passenger app involves costs the vendor does not carry: Apple and Google developer accounts, store review time, and your own staff hours on tariff setup, data import and driver training.
What happens if I go over the ride limit?
We do not know, and we would rather say so than invent a rate. No overage price is published and we hold no rate card, so this is the single most important thing to pin down before signing. Ask whether extra rides are billed individually, whether the platform auto-upgrades you to the next bucket, whether it hard-stops dispatch at the ceiling, and whether a tier bumped by one busy December stays bumped until the term ends.
Is TaxiDex cheaper than ZervX?
Only your trip volume answers that, and the test takes a minute. TaxiDex is £11/$14 per active driver up to twenty, £9/$11 from twenty-one to a hundred, and from £7/$9 above, with a £79/$100 monthly minimum, a 14-day free trial and a one-time setup fee scoped on the demo call. Divide any ZervX quote by your active driver count. If the result sits below our per-driver rate for your band, buckets are cheaper for your shape.
Who is ride-bucket pricing actually better for?
Fleets with loose, numerous supply: hundreds of independent drivers each completing a handful of trips. Per-driver billing is the wrong meter for that shape, and a bucket is simply cheaper arithmetic. It also suits operators running rides, delivery and rentals on one stack under one bill, which TaxiDex does not do. If that is you, we are the wrong answer, and this page has done its job by saying so.
