Capabilities
Built for hotels, corporate clients, and concierge desks
A web booker that partners are happy to keep on their site — branded as theirs, billed to the right account, and live in minutes — while every ride still lands in your dispatch.
Embeddable iframe
One HTML snippet drops a fully branded booking widget into any web page. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and hand-coded hotel intranets alike — no plugin, no developer sprint, no API keys to manage on the partner side.
- Single iframe snippet — paste and publish
- Runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom intranets
- Theming and cost-center routing set by URL parameters
Kiosk mode
A fullscreen tablet or desktop layout built for concierge desks and reception counters. The widget auto-clears after each booking so the next guest starts on a fresh screen, and staff never see a half-filled form left behind by the previous traveller.
- Fullscreen layout for tablets and desk monitors
- Auto-clears after every confirmed booking
- Lock to a single fleet and hotel for walk-up use
Cost-center billing
Every booking placed through a partner is auto-tagged to the right hotel or corporate cost center, then rolled into one consolidated monthly invoice. Finance reconciles a single statement instead of chasing dozens of individual ride receipts.
- Bookings auto-tagged to the correct account
- One consolidated monthly invoice per partner
- Charges flow straight into the corporate billing ledger
Flight tracking
Airport pickups booked through the widget are tied to live flight data, so the car re-times itself automatically when a flight lands early or sits on the tarmac. Concierge staff book once and the arrival time stays accurate without a follow-up call.
- Flight-number lookup ties pickup to live arrivals
- Pickups re-time automatically when flights shift
- Same flight feed drives the operator's dispatch console
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Web payments are accepted where supported, with cards processed through Stripe and Square — or the trip can simply bill to the hotel account instead. Travellers check out in one tap and the fare is computed server-side, so the quote matches the charge.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay in the browser
- Saved cards via Stripe and Square
- Or bill straight to the hotel / corporate account
22 languages
Full localisation for international hotel guests, including Arabic, Mandarin, and Spanish, with right-to-left layouts where needed. A guest from anywhere books in their own language while the booking still lands in your dispatch in your operators' language.
- 22 languages with right-to-left support
- Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, and more out of the box
- Guest books in their language; dispatch sees yours
Hotel-brand theming
Hotel-specific colour palettes and logo overlays make the concierge-desk experience match the hotel's own brand, not yours. The widget feels like a native amenity of the property — which is exactly what makes partners keep it on their site.
- Per-partner colour and logo overlays
- Concierge experience matches the hotel brand
- White-label down to the booking confirmation
Monthly partner reports
Each partner receives a monthly statement covering bookings, revenue, average fare, and top destinations — the kind of report that proves the value of the relationship and makes renewal conversations easy. Reports can be scheduled to send automatically.
- Per-hotel statement: bookings, revenue, average fare
- Top-destination breakdown for each partner
- Scheduled delivery so reports send themselves
Approval workflows
Optional manager approval kicks in for any trip above a configurable cost threshold, set per cost center. Corporate clients keep travel spend inside policy, and high-value bookings get a second set of eyes before the car is dispatched.
- Manager approval above a configurable threshold
- Thresholds and approvers set per cost center
- Keeps corporate travel spend inside policy
Wired to your console
A guest books at the front desk — and your dispatch sees it instantly
Every booking placed in the web booker talks to the same cloud console your operators run. The fare a concierge quotes, the airport pickup they schedule, and the invoice the hotel receives all come from one source of truth — so the desk and the office never disagree.

One snippet, one branded booking form
The web booker presents the same clean pickup, drop-off, and fare flow your dispatchers use — but wrapped in the hotel’s own colours and logo. A concierge sets the pickup, adds the destination, and sees one upfront price before confirming, so there is no guesswork at the desk and no awkward conversation about cost.
Because the widget is a single iframe driven by URL parameters, the same snippet adapts to any partner: change one value and it themes to a different hotel, points at a different cost center, or opens in fullscreen kiosk mode for a reception tablet. Embed it on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a hand-coded intranet — it behaves identically everywhere.

Fares quoted at the desk match the charge at the kerb
Before a booking is confirmed, the enterprise fare engine prices the whole trip server-side — distance, time, zone-to-zone rates, surge, surcharges, and per-region tax — and returns one clear number. Multipliers stack with caps so a fare never runs away, and fixed fares stay fixed, which means the price a concierge quotes is the price the traveller pays.
Every fare is computed centrally and is fully auditable, so there is no meter mystery and no dispute at drop-off. Promo codes and coupons are validated against the same engine, so a corporate discount can never break the maths or be applied where it shouldn’t.
Airport pickups that re-time themselves
Enter a flight number and TaxiDex’s flight-aware tracking ties the pickup to live arrivals, so the car is re-timed automatically when the plane lands early or sits on the tarmac. Concierge staff book a transfer once and never have to phone base to push the time because a flight slipped.
The same flight feed drives the operator’s dispatch console, so the desk and your dispatchers always work from one arrival time — no guessing, no missed pickups, and no idle waiting charges landing on the hotel’s monthly invoice by mistake.

Every partner booking, billed to the right account
Each ride booked through a partner is auto-tagged to the correct hotel or corporate cost center the moment it’s placed, then rolled into a single consolidated monthly invoice. Finance reconciles one statement per partner instead of chasing dozens of individual receipts, and optional manager approval can gate any trip above a cost threshold.
Charges flow straight into the TaxiDex corporate billing and AR ledger, feed the P&L, and drop into accounting exports — so the revenue from every concierge desk and corporate account is visible, auditable, and easy to renew on.

FAQ
Corporate web booker questions, answered
How long does it take to go live with TaxiDex?
Typical fleets go live in 14 days. We migrate driver data, historical bookings, and customer accounts from Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic, or any legacy system with zero downtime.
Does TaxiDex work for limo and chauffeur fleets?
Yes. TaxiDex Enterprise includes flight tracking, hotel concierge web booker, B2B corporate invoicing, and VIP workflows specifically designed for premium chauffeur and corporate transport operations.
What payment gateways are supported?
Stripe (default global), Worldpay (UK), Trust Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus regional gateways: STC Pay & mada (Saudi), Paystack & Flutterwave (Nigeria), M-Pesa (Kenya), and any custom merchant on request.

No trip overage. TaxiDex is priced per active driver — about £11 ($14) per driver a month on Starter, £9 ($11) on Professional, and from £7 ($9) on Enterprise. That is at least 20% cheaper than Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic and TaxiCaller, and white-label apps, setup and migration are all included.
