How do TaxiDex and Moovs price?
Moovs charges by fleet size: $149 a month for 2 to 10 vehicles, $199 for 11 to 20 and from $999 for 20 or more, with its own card processing rates. TaxiDex charges per active driver per month, so a driver who does not work in a month is not billed.[1][3]
TaxiDex: Starter £11 / $14 per active driver a month (1-20 drivers), Professional £9 / $11 (21-100), Enterprise from £7 / $9, with a £79 (about $100) monthly minimum.
Where is Moovs stronger?
In the limousine sales process: Moovs presents quotes and reservations managed through every stage of a sale, affiliate links for trip status and a chat that connects customers, drivers and affiliates. A limo operator whose work starts as quotes may prefer that workflow.[2]
Where is TaxiDex stronger?
In dispatch-heavy fleets: automatic dispatch with zones and airport queues, a live map, your own branded passenger app on Google Play, a web booker, corporate accounts and driver settlements in one console, priced per active driver.

Frequently asked questions
Is Moovs cheaper than TaxiDex?
For a small fleet with many drivers, Moovs' flat fleet-size price can be lower; for a fleet whose drivers work part of the month, TaxiDex's per-active-driver price can be lower. Price both on your own numbers.
Can TaxiDex handle limousine work?
Yes: vehicle classes, hourly charter, corporate accounts and flight-tracked airport pick-ups are part of the console.
