Inside TaxiDex
Fares and tariffs
Your pricing, computed on the server, the same every time.

What it does
Fares are built from tariffs, distance and time bands, waiting time, and a meter — with the whole calculation done on the server so the console, the customer app and the invoice cannot disagree about what a job cost.
On top of that sit the rules that make real pricing work: zone-to-zone prices, surge windows, surcharges, and per-region tax. They resolve in a defined order, so you can reason about what a given booking will be charged.
- Tariffs, distance and time bands, waiting time and meter
- Zone-to-zone pricing for fixed routes
- Surge windows and surcharge rules
- Per-region tax, applied where it should be
