Analysts, editors and the review platforms operators actually read have all put TaxiDex near the top — and almost every badge here is earned on verified customer reviews, not paid placement.

Certifications & compliance

The paperwork enterprise procurement asks for

When a fleet, a city authority or a corporate client runs a procurement process, these are the certifications and attestations their security and legal teams require. Most are available to share under NDA.

SOC 2 Type II

A current SOC 2 Type II report covering security, availability and confidentiality controls is available under NDA. It documents how those controls operated over an audit period — the report enterprise procurement and security teams expect to see.

GDPR aligned

EU data-processing practices follow the GDPR, and a Data Processing Addendum (Article 28) is signed as standard for EU and UK fleets. Compliance export packages the audit trails and records regulators ask for in a single download.

CCPA compliant

California Consumer Privacy Act practices are in place for US operators, including the consumer data-rights workflows — access, deletion and opt-out — that California residents are entitled to exercise.

ISO 27001

Certification audit is underway, with a target of Q4 2026. ISO 27001 formalises the information security management system (ISMS) already operating behind TaxiDex's controls into an internationally recognised standard.

PCI-DSS scope reduced

Card data never touches TaxiDex servers — it is tokenized at capture by Stripe and Square (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), which sharply reduces PCI-DSS scope while keeping payments fully compliant.

HIPAA-aligned

For non-emergency medical transport and healthcare shuttle operators, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on the Enterprise plan, with controls aligned to HIPAA safeguards for protected health information.

Cyber Essentials Plus (UK)

Current UK government-backed Cyber Essentials Plus certification, with controls independently verified by a hands-on technical audit — frequently required for UK public-sector and corporate transport contracts.

SSO certified

Single sign-on is certified for Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace, so enterprise teams provision and de-provision console access through their own identity provider, with role-based permissions and audit logging throughout.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers usually ask alongside our awards and certifications.

How long does it take to go live with TaxiDex?

Typical fleets go live in 14 days. We migrate driver data, historical bookings, and customer accounts from Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic, or any legacy system with zero downtime.

Does TaxiDex work for limo and chauffeur fleets?

Yes. TaxiDex Enterprise includes flight tracking, hotel concierge web booker, B2B corporate invoicing, and VIP workflows specifically designed for premium chauffeur and corporate transport operations.

What payment gateways are supported?

Stripe (default global), Worldpay (UK), Trust Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus regional gateways: STC Pay & mada (Saudi), Paystack & Flutterwave (Nigeria), M-Pesa (Kenya), and any custom merchant on request.

Is there a per-driver fee?

No trip overage. TaxiDex is priced per active driver — about £11 ($14) per driver a month on Starter, £9 ($11) on Professional, and from £7 ($9) on Enterprise. That is at least 20% cheaper than Autocab, iCabbi, Cordic and TaxiCaller, and white-label apps, setup and migration are all included.

Can passengers book without installing an app?

Yes. The TaxiDex Web Booker is an embeddable booking widget for desktop and mobile browsers — perfect for hotel concierge desks, airports, and corporate intranets. One HTML snippet to embed.
